My bedroom is actually becoming theirs as they have already occupied quite a chunk on the room space.

I have deboxed about 3 dolls already and still plans to continue with some more in order to free up some space.

So that's about it for now. (",)

This is how they look like right now. They are taking quite a space in my room.

*** Updates: They are the ones I purchased between January 26-30, 2017.

First Batch of MH Hoarding

Oh yes, I have been hoarding Monster High dolls for almost a moth now and I don't think I'd be stopping soon.

I haven't taken photos of my dolls yet, but here are the ones that I got last December 26, 2016, which I am tagging as session #1:

* Cleo de Nile (Re-issue) 2014
* Wydowna Spider

Monster High Picture Day: Operetta

Happy New Year everyone! May the 2017 be a blessed one for all of us.

From my previous blog, I have mentioned that I had another one-time-big-time purchase but this time, for Monster High dolls because they are currently on sale.

Before showing my latest purchases, I would like to share with you my very first doll that I bought between October to November 2016. Yes, she's my fist Monster High. That is why I am dedicating an entry solely for her.

She is Operetta from the Picture Day series. According to her box, she was released in 2012 so I guess she's already quite difficult to find nowadays.

As you can see, her box is extremely dented. I got her from a clearance sale so I had no reason not to buy her. Back then, I didn't think of growing my collection.

Anyway, for the first day of 2017, I have decided to already debox her. Just imagine the excitement I was feeling during the deboxing process. Slowly I have learned to truly appreciate the beauty of this doll and how detailed she is, with all her accessories. Adding to that is her fully-jointed body.

Without further ado, here is Operetta:

I am getting more excited to feature the rest of the Monster High dolls that I bought recently. However, I do not have intentions yet of deboxing them.

Please stay tuned.

Flickr Account

I also do have a Flickr account and I am writing here the link in case you'd like to see other photos of my collection.

You'd see dolls mostly, though. Hope you'd like them still.

2016 is coming to a close. One of my resolutions is to actually do a spring cleaning of stuff that I don't need anymore. That includes toys that I am not interested to keep in my collection anymore.

In case I decide to sell some of them, I'll do so through ebay as I already have an account there.

Perhaps I should allot my weekends to sort them all out once and for all. :)

Entry on Monster High

It's been a looong while since my last entry. I've been wanting to write about so many toys that I've acquired from previous months but then I have so much on my plate that I can't seem to find the time to write.

Now that 2016 is almost over, my New Year's resolution includes updating this blog and be consistent (Yikes! It's been my NY resolution last year and the year before!).

Anyway, I am excited telling you about yesterday.

Well, for several months, I have been controlling myself not to go to toy shops in order not to get tempted. I still haven't solved my storage problem for my dolls and toys and most of them are still in the attic, waiting to be arranged in shelves.

I can say that I have been successful, except that I continued completing several sets of Happy Meal toys. :)

Then yesterday, December 26th happened!

I was at the mall to have my regular visit to the spa, then strolled, and shopped for additional gifts.

We were about to walk towards the parking lot when I felt I needed to pee. We were at the 3rd floor, where the restroom is located, which happens to be where the toy area is located.

I was being a good girl that I only glanced upon the toys and didn't go further towards the dolls anymore.

After I was done, I went out of the restroom and was ready to go home. Upon exiting, lo and behold! The path where I would pass led straight to a shelf where Monster High dolls were on display. In that mall, dolls are placed at the farther area to the right, but for some reason, they have decided to place the dolls just right outside the restroom area.

I said I just would look, but saw them to be on sale! My heart beat faster than ever and I couldn't resist not to look at them! They were all pretty, and even got prettier with their lowered costs.

While browsing, the saleslady approached, saying that they are priced lower because it's an after-Christmas promo and that by the start of January 2017, they'd all be back to the original price.

It was actually a struggle, convincing my self not to buy. However, I was like an addict who's on her way to being clean and yet got faced with the temptation and eventually gave in to her old vice. It really felt that way!

Now to make the long story short, I ended up with a grocery cart full of Monster High dolls and bought a total of 14 dolls at one time. The good thing is, I don't regret even a little bit of it!

I shall be reserving a day to take photos of them all so I'd be able to post them. Hopefully I will be able to show them before this year ends.

I know I will, I am positive.

Merry Christmas everyone!!!

***Update: December 29, 2016***

I purchased another 3 dolls last night (Dec. 28) after office and I am still thinking of getting more dolls perhaps tonight and the next few days.

This marked the return of an original love. It was an instant collection.
Days after this were already doll-hunting adventure.

McDonald's Happy Meal: Chicken Little

I've had these photos uploaded several months ago and just kept them as "draft". Several times I tried to write something about these cuties and I end up just saving this entry. Now I am finally sharing them to you.

The movie Chicken Little was shown in 2005, so I am assuming that these toys were released the same year as well. I was at the peak of collecting Happy Meal toys so I was able to complete all of them.

I think I have already thrown away the plastic packagings. Apologies if I won't be able to introduce each one of them anymore.

Here they are now:

McDonald's Happy Meal: FURBY BOOM

July 14, 2014

I haven't visited McDonald's for quite sometime as I was trying to avoid buying Happy Meal toys. I was able to resist the adorable dragons from the movie "How to Train Your Dragon 2". However just this night, we had to drop by McDo for dinner when I saw Furby.

I have actually been a fan of Furby since the first time Hasbro released them; I think more that 10 years ago. I even have the Japanese version that was released at a later date. This is the bigger version and I still have about 2 of then in boxes. There is also Shelby, the shell.

To make the long story short, I wasn't able to resist getting them. Good thing they're just 4. The other 4 are the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which I do not have plans of buying anymore.

I am initially posting the photo I took earlier while at the store. I will definitely be having breakfast tomorrow so I'd complete them already. Once I have all 4, will tear the plastic packaging. I can already hear Baby G saying "Wow!"

July 15, 2014
I only got the chance now to update this entry. Anyway, as what I have mentioned, I tried having breakfast at the McDonald's branch across our office. Unfortunately, they ran out of stock already. I immediately sent an sms to Doc M for him to check the branch in the mall where he's working.

I had to wait until after office hours, but I was releived when he told me that he was able to buy the last 2 Furbys that I asked from him.

So without further ado, here they are now:

Googly Eyes Furby

Giggling Furby
